Tile Making Machine Cement Roof Tile Forming Line Production Line

Product Description

Using mechanical transmission mode, the steel mold is sent into the forming machine head after the automatic fuel injection system.

The mixed concrete is preformed on the steel mold. After cutting into a single piece of cement tile, it is chipped, colored, polished, and mounted on the rack, curing (10-12 hours), demolding, and completing the production process.

Replace different extrusion heads and molds to produce different roof tiles.

Quick molding speed, high output, reliable performance. Adopting PLC automatic control. man-machine interface makes performance more reliable and more convenient. The molding speed can reach 8 pcs/min, with full hydraulic and pneumatic production.

Multi-usage. It can make kinds of color tiles, such as roof tiles, ridge tiles, edge tiles, drainage tile and gutter tiles and so on.

Slurry concrete is pressed by pressure filtration type mould. Final product is perfect in structure and various in designs, big in density, and high in strength, precise in size, which can meet any building need.
